Today's Not The Day

I have my own very strong thoughts and feelings on what happened at the CrossFit Games and the tragic death of Lazar Dukic. I don't believe that writing those, until all the facts are known, is the right thing to do though.

I had a blog lined up today which championed CrossFit and the methodology, which I had hoped would land well after the Games. Whilst I still 100% believe in the baseline methodology and it's ability to help preserve, prolong and enhance life, championing that fact so soon after the weekend didn't sit right with me.
